The Social Media Coordinator will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and engagement for Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok. This position will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing community interactions, and analyzing performance metrics.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the hotel's overall marketing goals.
Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, including responding to comments, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance.
Content Creation: Research industry-related trends to create engaging, visually appealing content tailored to each platform.
Strategy Development: Design and implement social media strategies to boost engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing communications and digital marketing teams to develop and implement social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and bookings
Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) across multiple social media platforms.
Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media channels.
Analytics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
KOL Management: Establish relationships with key influencers and collaborate on promotional activities.
Platform Optimization: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and emerging platforms, identifying opportunities for growth.
Innovation & Training: Work cross-functionally to identify, evaluate and executefor great results.
Experience in social media management across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Strong skills in content creation, photography, videography, and editing tools.
Ability to create engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and tone.
Familiarity with content planning tools and analytics to track and improve performance.
Knowledge of social media trends and industry best practices.
