About the Role
As a Software Consultant at Virtual Link Solutions Co., Ltd., you will play a crucial role in providing expert technical guidance and solutions to our clients. In this full-time, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing innovative software applications, and delivering tailored technology services to meet our customers needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements
- Provide technical consultancy and recommendations to help clients optimise their IT infrastructure and processes
- Be a part of our professional services implementation team
- Provide technical training to the customer team
- Provide technical support to the customer during the implementation phase
- Provide on call or on-site support to customer during the implementation, testing and go-live phases to ensure a successful deployment
- Work with the Technical Lead and/or Business Analyst to translate the customer requirements into a working solution
- The candidate must be able to relocate among customer's sites
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
- 0-2+ years of experience in web-based application, software cloud platform solution
- Proficiency in database management, web development, and cloud computing technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to identify and address complex technical challenges
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams
- Adaptability and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving technology landscape
- Good English skill is a plus
