Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  1. Design and own complex, scalable backend systems supporting new initiatives like Instamart and Genie.
  2. Drive the end-to-end software development lifecycle including architecture, development, and deployment.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product feature development and technical problem solving.
  4. Lead best practices adoption across code quality, reviews, and architectural standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code using Java or Golang.
  2. Design and model robust data structures and backend architectures.
  3. Participate in system design discussions, tool selection, and performance improvements.
  4. Work in an agile setup with regular releases and cross-functional alignment.
