Software Development Support

Responsibilities

1. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across multiple software components and services.
2. Collaborate with the infrastructure team to improve application deployment, system performance, and scalability.
3. Support process improvement and operational efficiency for software development and system implementation.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and system integration.
5. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer or related role.
3. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and CI/CD processes.
4. Experience in defining technical requirements and reviewing engineering deliverables.
5. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
