Role & Responsibility:

End to end ownership of the product, you will closely work with the product team to identify and solve users problems.

You will own certain metrics of the products performance and drive initiatives towards improvement of those metrics.

You will be responsible for driving innovation in product and technology development, while improving performance, scalability and maintainability.

You will own the design, implementation and verification of initiatives .

Requirements:

3 - 5 years of software development, product development experience

Knowledge of programming languages (Python, Javascript, Django, Go, Reactjs etc), relational databases (PostgresQL, MySQL), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch, etc), Kubernates

Constantly learning and looking for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you

Mentored and led a module.

An initiator, drive for actions and problem solving

Passionate to write good code and ready to elevate the standards and practices

Excellent communication skills

Qualification:

B.E/BTech in IT or Computer Science

Start-up background or willingness to work in a start-up environment.

Location: HSR layout in Bangalore (Onsite 5 days a week)
