We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Team, focusing on SEO and CRO. You'll build and iterate on high-impact user experiences that improve acquisition and conversion—using data, experiments, and performance best practices to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement UI Features: Directly implement UI features and bug fixes from design specs (e.g., Figma) using Angular, TypeScript, and HTML, with a focus on rapid, hands-on learning.
- Test and Debug: Write and execute unit and component tests using frameworks like Jasmine and Karma to prevent regression bugs, and perform essential browser-based debugging.
- Leverage AI for Development: Proactively use AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to accelerate the development of Angular components, generate test cases, and debug complex styling or logic issues.
- Analyze Code: Analyze and understand the existing component library and codebase with Copilot to quickly grasp team standards and best practices.
- Contribute to Code Reviews: Actively participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback focused on code quality, performance, and UI/UX standards.
Core Qualifications & Tech Stack:
- Frameworks & Languages: Proficiency in Angular and TypeScript is essential. Strong command of HTML, CSS (SASS/SCSS), and experience working with XML data structures.
- State Management & Asynchronicity: Solid understanding of state management principles and extensive experience with RxJS. Experience with NgRx is a strong plus.
- Testing: Experience with frontend testing frameworks within the Angular ecosystem, specifically Jasmine and Karma.
- Tooling: Proficiency with version control (Git) and modern frontend build tools (Angular CLI, Webpack).
- Soft Skills: A growth mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with product, design, and backend teams.
