Right now, a significant part of that scope is turning business requirements into functional requirements for our current project, alongside nurturing younger software developers, maintaining coding standards, and more. We are upfront about this because the engineers who do well here treat requirements and specification work as part of building software properly, not as a detour from it, and the role trends toward fuller engineering ownership over time.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Professional English and native Thai
Skills and Traits We're Looking for - Must Have
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Solid TypeScript/JS and Python experience
- React, Node/Express, REST APIs
- Git, Docker, Linux familiarity
- Understanding of embeddings, vector stores, LangChain/LlamaIndex
- Self-starter mindset, comfortable moving in ambiguity
- Worked on RAG or LLM-driven tools
- Strong technical writing and the ability to structure ambiguous requirements into clear specifications

What You'll Do
1. Full-Stack Software Engineering
- Own the development of AI-powered internal tools (React + Express)
- Ship fast in feedback loops while balancing reliability and privacy
- Work within a secure, tightly monitored infrastructure
2. Turn Business Requirements into Functional Requirements
- Translate business requirements into clear, detailed, testable functional requirements
- Read and reason about existing systems so specifications are technically sound and feasible
- Maintain documentation standards and consistency across the team
3. Client Collaboration + BFSI Exposure
- Sit alongside business, compliance, and tech teams inside the client
- Shape requirements, validate assumptions, and ship iteratively
4. Cross-Pollinate with Pints AI's R&D
- Stay plugged into our research team's work on LLM orchestration, embeddings, and compression
- Contribute to internal tools and open-source libraries when off client delivery cycles
- Level up fast through mentorship, feedback, and hands-on deployments
