Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop internal Web Back Office applications for administrative users such as admins, sales, or operations teams to manage data and business operations
  • Design and implement APIs for modules such as promotions, loyalty programs, and integrations with external systems like inventory management
  • Implement and maintain access control (ACL) across services to ensure appropriate permission levels
  • Maintain and optimize databases to support business growth, including scaling to more branches or expanding product catalogs
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues with an emphasis on system stability, performance, and security
  • Write technical documentation such as API specifications and system design documents to support knowledge sharing and maintenance across teams
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams throughout CI/CD processes, code reviews, and sprint planning
  • Advocate and lead best practices in system development such as clean code, testing, and scalable architecture design

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience developing Web Applications and backend services using React and Golang
  • Experience building internal Web Back Office systems for business users
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and Microservice Architecture
  • Able to write clean, structured, and testable code (unit and integration testing)
  • Experience working with both relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Stackdriver
  • Hands-on experience with message queues such as Kafka or Google Pub/Sub
  • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum teams with regular use of Git for version control
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product, Security)
  • Responsible and capable of working effectively in pair programming or team collaboration environments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with React ecosystem tools such as Redux, Zustand, React Hook Form, or MaterialUI
  • Proficient in managing complex UI states, including dynamic forms, table filtering, and dashboars
  • Skilled in using Golang frameworks such as Gin, Echo, or Fiber
  • Solid understanding of concurrency concepts in Golang (goroutines, channels, worker patterns)
  • Familiar with GORM or other SQL builders inGo
  • Knowledge of building middleware, implementing rate limiting, caching strategies, and backend performance tuning
  • Familiarity with configuring plugins or custom policies on API gateways such as Kong, Azure API Management
  • Proficient in writing optimized SQL queries and using indexes effectively
  • Experience with database migration tools (e.g., golang-migrate, goose)Familiarity with Docker/Podman and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI)
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Strong technical communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to the development team
