Job Title: Java Software Engineer Lead

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of developers through the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and delivery.
• Drive technical architecture, solution design, and technology decisions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and design patterns through regular code reviews.
• Lead the development and integration of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Build and enhance responsive web applications using Angular.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while supporting the development team.

Collaboration & Project Delivery

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Estimate development effort, break down tasks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.
