Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled UiPath Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UiPath and a passion for automation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation workflows using UiPath to streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Conduct testing and debugging of automation solutions to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain and support existing automation solutions, making enhancements as necessary.
- Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for future reference.
- Provide training and support to end-users on automation tools and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest UiPath features and best practices to continuously improve automation solutions.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with UiPath.
- Proficiency in developing RPA solutions using UiPath Studio.
- Understanding of various automation methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with debugging and troubleshooting automation workflows.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath.
- UiPath certification is a plus.
