Are you a senior visionary technical leader with a passion for AI projects We are looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager (AI) to lead our software engineering excellence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and robust enterprise-grade software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a software engineering team to deliver high-quality AI-driven applications
- Drive and continuously improve the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
- Ensure all software solutions align with global enterprise architecture, standardized frameworks, and horizontal scalability requirements
- Manage technical delivery and financial performance, balancing resources between in-house and outsourced teams
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of AI applications, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly into the core business ecosystem
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant fields
- Over 10 years of total experience in software development in an enterprise-scale environment
- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder managements
- Exposure to AI application development is a big plus
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and scalable system design
- Previous hands-on experience in using Java and JavaScript
- Good command of English
