We're looking for an Engineering Manager who can lead from the front — someone who has spent years building intelligent, production-grade applications and now blends that hands-on depth with the ability to grow and direct a high-performing engineering team. You'll own the technical direction for products that fuse full-stack engineering with AI, while coaching the people who build them.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of intelligent applications end-to-end, from architecture through deployment and scale
• Drive the integration of AI/ML capabilities into core products — LLMs, agentic workflows, model orchestration, and data pipelines
• Stay technical: review designs, unblock complex problems, and set the engineering bar through your own contributions where it counts
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers — hiring, performance, career development, and day-to-day delivery
• Partner with product, data science, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous goals into shippable roadmaps
• Own engineering quality, velocity, and operational health across your team's surface area

What are we looking for:

• 10–15 years in software engineering, with a strong track record of building and shipping full-stack applications
• Demonstrated experience building AI-powered or intelligent applications (machine learning, LLMs, generative/agentic AI, or applied data science in production)
• Full-stack fluency across modern front-end frameworks, back-end services, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure
• Proven people-management experience — you've led engineering teams, not just projects
• Ability to balance hands-on technical depth with the judgment and influence of a leader
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward outcomes

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling teams or products in a high-growth environment
• Exposure to MLOps, vector databases, RAG architectures, or model fine-tuning
• Background spanning startup and enterprise contexts
