The UX Design team leads product design initiatives for TrueMoney Wallet and is responsible for all aspects of the user experience. We are seeking a Product Designer who is passionate about mobile user experience design to create new digital financial products and services.
The ideal candidate is a passionate, yet pragmatic designer who can understand customer behaviors, problem-solve creatively, and create world-class experiences within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You should be comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders to create complex, customer-focused solutions.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain design systems, style guides, and components.
Develop and maintain design system governance processes.
Provide documentation for design systems, design processes, and tool usage.
Measure and provide feedback on design guidelines, and patterns through the design review process.
Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing across design teams.
Provide style guides and components support for design teams.
Provide training and support for the design team on new tools and platforms
Work in cross-functional teams closely with the designer, developer, product, and other cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
Thai citizens (fluent Thai speaker) only
2+ years of product design experience, with an emphasis on mobile UX design
1+ years of experience working with or on design systems
A portfolio of work relating to design systems or a strong comprehension of how you work, your roles and responsibilities, and the design processes used.
An understanding of user-centric principles, human-computer interaction, psychology, and usability
Solid understanding and knowledge of design foundations. (ie Accessibility, Color, Typography, Grids, Design Token, etc)
An understanding of interaction, visual, inclusive, and experience design.
An understanding and knowledge of design processes and governance processes is a plus.
Care deeply about organization, and file structure.
Very comfortable with speaking up, asking questions, and receiving feedback.
Experience using Design Thinking (or a similar design methodology) is preferred.
