Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and modernization of enterprise-scale QA tools and frameworks, transitioning legacy systems to modern technology stacks with AI integration
- Own the product roadmap for QA tools with commercial potential, ensuring innovation and scalability
- Drive AI-enabled QA solutions, including automated test case generation, synthetic test data creation, and intelligent testing frameworks
- Partner with project teams to identify automation opportunities, define tooling requirements, and establish technical standards and architecture
- Improve engineering practices by strengthening code quality, reusable frameworks, and enterprise-level performance testing capabilities
- Build and lead teams through OKR alignment, mentoring, resource planning, coaching, and career development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields
- Have 3-5 years of strong experience in Quality Assurance (automated testing)
- Familiar with CI/CD, Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and databases
- Good experience in software development using Java, JavaScript, or Golang
- At least 1 - 2 years of proven experience in team management
- Background of software design patterns, microservice, and software architecture
- Ability to communicate in English
