Software Quality Engineer II

Key Deliverables

1. Automate regression suites using tools such as Selenium, JMeter, C#, Java, and SQL.
2. Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
3. Monitor and resolve bugs, ensuring that issues are tracked and fixed in a timely manner.
4. Provide technical support during software installation and configuration, ensuring smooth customer experiences.

Role Responsibilities

1. Test system modifications and ensure the software conforms to user and business specifications, particularly for the Japanese market.
2. Communicate with customer support teams and provide recommendations on software usability and functionality.
3. Participate in product design reviews and ensure technical accuracy and compliance of software documentation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify deviations from standards and suggest modifications to improve the software.
