Job Opening:Software Testing and Support Analyst

Location:Bangkok, Thailand

Start Date:As soon as possible

Main Roles and Responsibilities:

Technical Testing and Test Management:

Analyzing software requirements and planning the technical aspects of the necessary testing of new,

customer-built software modules and regression testing of releases.

Analyzing software requirements from various sources to create test case lists and scenario documents

based on the needs of real-world users to complete goals on the platform with a focus on how users

might break the system functionality.

Review and maintain regression test sets

Work with the software development team to design and create test sets.

Reviewing lists of defects and providing input to the decisions of whether a release can be put live.

Investigating technical defects in test environments and the live environments.

Entering, updating, retesting and closing defects in Jira

Maintain, organize, and store regression test set results.

Working with the software development team to plan any performance testing needed.

Executing automated tests and reviewing outputs

Configuration management of test environments for different types (functional, integration) of testing

a proactive approach to spotting problems, areas for improvement, and performance bottlenecks.

Prepare test cases and test data for the Farmforce web and mobile software to check for specific issues.

Pre-release testing of client installations to ensure defects are solved.

Execute test cases using test data.

Log confirmed defects and other support tickets as requested by Farmforce management

System Setup:

Analysis of client needs to plan system setup

Work with the development team (including reports developers) to understand the delivery schedule

of client features, reports, and bug fixes.

Configuring systems to support client needs

Assisting with ERP system integrations

Support/guide global customers in change management when introducing the system

Any other activities required to fulfill project goals.

Support:

Providing Second line customer support to global client&aposs trained users

Work with the development team as they provide 3rd line support

Monitoring and reporting customer service levels and issues

Trobleshoot issues faced by clients or Farmforce team members

Assist team members in resolving issues

Understanding the Farmforce platform and how it can be used to solve problems faced by potential

clients including problems associated with production management and traceability.

Any other activities required to support project goals

Qualifications:

Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related

field. Fresh graduates are acceptable.

Conversational English or a higher level is a must.

Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with test management software (e.g., JIRA).

Basic programming knowledge is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to perform various types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, and user

acceptance testing (UAT).

The candidate should be collaborative, resourceful, and pragmatic.
