Job Description

Position Overview

  • Lead the establishment and growth of Thailand operations, driving business development, client acquisition, and operational excellence in the C&I solar market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key EPC partners and clients in the Thailand C&I market
  • Lead sales initiatives targeting commercial and industrial solar opportunities
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and partnership discussions
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for Thailand, including market analysis and competitive positioning
  • Build and manage sales pipeline; prepare proposals and manage deal closure
  • Establish operational systems, processes, and documentation standards for sustainable growth
  • Manage day-to-day office operations including staffing, compliance, and administrative functions
  • Oversee project delivery, track KPIs, and ensure client satisfaction
  • Build, mentor, and manage emerging team; foster a high-performance culture

Core Requirements

Experience

  • 8–12 years in renewable energy, C&I solar, or related infrastructure
  • Demonstrated BD/sales success in SEA markets (Thailand preferred)
  • EPC partnership and client relationship management
  • P&L accountability in a similar multi-functional role

  • Strong client-facing and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Thai
