Role Overview:
We are looking for a Delivery PM Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution delivery — from design to implementation — while ensuring alignment between business goals and IT strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with business teams, architects, vendors, and developers to design scalable solutions and drive projects to success. You will balance both technical design and project execution to ensure high-quality delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design & Architecture
- Design and define IT solutions aligned with technology strategy
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions
- Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to evaluate and select solutions
- Create high-level architecture diagrams and design documents
- Define functional and non-functional requirements (NFRs)
- Identify risks, constraints, and ensure security & regulatory compliance
- Work with application teams to develop detailed solutions
- Review and validate solution proposals and investment plans
2. Project Delivery & Execution
- Prioritize projects based on business impact and strategic value
- Drive project execution and improve delivery processes
- Manage risks, dependencies, and constraints
- Coordinate across IT, business, and vendors for smooth delivery
- Oversee end-to-end implementation ensuring quality and alignment
3. Stakeholder & Governance Management
- Act as a key bridge between business and IT
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and clear communication
- Prepare and present for architecture review and approvals
- Engage with senior stakeholders to support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in Project Management / Solution Architecture / IT Delivery
- Experience in banking, financial services, or fintech is a plus
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT systems
- Hands-on experience with cloud, microservices, APIs, and databases
- Understanding of IT security, data governance, and compliance
- Experience in vendor management and solution evaluation
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills
