• Translate business and technical requirements intoendtoend solution architectures, with a strong focus onmobile and digital platforms.

• Act as asolution architecture lead, owning architectural decisions across multiple teams and workstreams.

• Collaborate withSales Pursuit and Delivery teamsto develop solutions that are bothwinnable and deliverable.

• Providesolution planning, estimation, costing, and pricing inputto support proposals and business cases.

• Serve as atrusted advisorto stakeholders, providing architectural guidance and recommendations.

• Designinnovative, scalable, and secure solutionsaligned with business objectives and industry standards.

• Facilitatearchitecture and requirements workshopsto gather inputs and validate solution designs.

• Address crossteam and businesswide challenges by proposing practical and sustainable solutions.

• Continuously review and improve solution designs usingemerging technologies and best practices.

• Mentor and guidejunior architects and team members, promoting strong solution architecture principles.

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Strong experience as aSolution Architect or Lead Architectin complex digital or mobile initiatives.

• Expert proficiency inSolution Architecture, including endtoend design and delivery.

• Strong experience inrequirements analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience insolution planning, costing, and pricingfor technology initiatives.

• Proven ability to work across multiple teams and influence architectural decisions.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problemsolving skills.

• Experience inmobile application platforms, digital banking, or largescale digital transformation initiatives.

• Background inenterprise or consulting environments.

• Exposure to cloudnative architectures, integration, and modern application platforms.
