Job Description:
Pre-sales will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and translating into appropriate solutions. You will Learn Listen to Requirements and Feedback Apply your knowledge Design proper solutions Adapt to Situation and grow as a team.
- Partner with customers and sales to deeply understand security needs, conduct discovery, and identify technical challenges to propose optimal IT solutions.
- Develop and present tailored security solutions, including compelling demonstrations and technical presentations that highlight competitive advantages.
- Provide expert technical support throughout the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries, leading technical discussions, and managing proof of concepts.
- Craft comprehensive technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging security trends and technologies, contributing to revenue growth and potentially guiding team development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or IT-related field.
- Be consultative in sales techniques, have a good communication skill, and translate data into client solutions & actions in cyber-security technology.
- Proven technical sales experiencein a technical or Pre-sales role (2+ years), with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Has general knowledge in AI, cloud and network and security, including any public cloud, domain, ssl certificate, DNS service, HTTP/S request, Endpoint Security, Generative Ai etc.
- Understanding of any security standard, framework or regulations such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, HIPAA, PCI DSS, PDPA, GDPR
- Has good communication skill for presenting and clarifying complex requirements and solutions.
- Relevant security certifications are a plus such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP), CCNP, Comptia related certificates, any IT related certifications.
