Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer discovery sessions and requirement workshops to understand business challenges, technical environments, and desired outcomes.
  • Design and propose tailored technical solutions that align with customer business objectives and IT strategies.
  • Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (PoC) to support the sales cycle.
  • Articulate the business value, benefits, and ROI of proposed solutions to support value-based selling.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to validate technical feasibility, solution sizing, and high-level costing alignment.
  • Prepare and respond to RFP/RFI/TOR documents with appropriate solution designs and supporting technical documentation.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as presentations, solution briefs, datasheets, and technical templates.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the evaluation and decision-making process.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies (e.g., Cloud, AI, Data, DevOps, Security) and continuously enhance solution offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technology partners and vendors to expand solution capabilities and market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in IT, Presales, Solution Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related technical consulting roles.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge in one or more areas such as Cloud Platforms, Networking, Data Platforms, AI, DevOps, or Cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure technologies including virtualization, containerization (e.g., VMware, Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure, and on-premise systems.
  • Experience or familiarity in preparing technical proposals, customer presentations, demos, or PoC environments is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good command of English communication (spoken and written).
