Position: Integrated Solutions Manager
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide integrated energy solutions based on modules, PV systems, and energy storage products to large-scale energy developers, investors, commercial & industrial enterprises, and government agencies across East and Southeast Asia. Drive project implementation and strategic partnerships.
- Customer Needs Analysis & Customized Solutions: Engage deeply with customers to analyze their energy requirements, project scenarios (e.g., large-scale ground-mounted power plants, C&I distributed generation, residential PV, and integrated solar-storage systems), ROI expectations, and local policies. Deliver tailored techno-economic solutions.
- Technical Solution Design & Promotion: Integrate and promote LONGi's full range of products and solutions, including high-efficiency module products for diverse scenarios, energy storage systems, and one-stop system solutions.
- Project Support & Ecosystem Collaboration: Provide preliminary technical support for key regional strategic projects. Assist sales teams in technical clarification and bidding processes. Offer end-to-end support for strategic and benchmark projectsfrom initial technical consultation and solution design to implementation.
- Market Insight & Product Feedback: Continuously monitor energy policies, market trends, competitor activities, and technology developments across Southeast Asian countries. Collect and analyze regional customer needs regarding products and applications. Provide feedback to HQ product and R&D teams to drive product optimization and innovation.
- Empowerment of Sales & Solutions Teams: Act as a core regional solutions expert. Provide in-depth support to sales teams in local country offices, including training on module products and integrated technical value proposition, toolkit support, technical clarification, and extraction of typical case studies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical & Power Engineering, Energy and Power Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the photovoltaic industry, with at least 3 years specializing in PV system design, technical solutions, or energy storage system integration. Experience in full-cycle technical support for large-scale ground-mounted power plants or complex C&I solar-storage projects is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of PV module technology, inverters, balance of system (BOS) components, and overall PV plant design. Familiarity with electrochemical energy storage system architecture, key equipment, control systems, and solar-storage synergy operation strategies. Proficient in PV design and modeling software such as PVsyst, AutoCAD, and BOS tools. Strong capability in techno-economic analysis (e.g., LCOE calculation) and financial model construction.
- Professional working proficiency in both Chinese and English. Excellent technical report writing and presentation skills.
- Outstanding customer communication and influence, exceptional problem-solving ability, cross-cultural teamwork spirit, and willingness to travel frequently within the region.
