Responsibilities:
Business & Requirement Analysis
- Analyze customer operational processes, covering workforce planning, shift patterns, rosters, daily task assignments, and exception/incident management.
- Design Solution Blueprints for projects, defining Standard, Configuration, and Customization scopes. Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and assess impacts on effort and risks.
- Support system integration analysis, designing integration approaches with client systems (e.g., workload sources, employee databases, time attendance systems, payroll, and physical access control systems).
- Design Data Onboarding and Data Quality Plans for master/initial data, considering Security, PDPA, Data Residency, and deployment models.
Solution Design & Pre-sales
- Analyze business and system integration requirements to draft technical and commercial proposals.
- Prepare Technical Proposals, Solution Architecture Diagrams, Compliance Matrices, and estimate implementation efforts alongside Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Models (clearly defining assumptions and exclusions).
- Design and deliver product demonstrations or Proof of Concept (POC) presentations using actual client data.
- Serve as a technical advisor during negotiations with clients and procurement departments.
Project Implementation & Delivery Governance
- Hand over the approved Solution Baseline to Delivery teams, transferring knowledge and controlling scope and Change Requests (CR) to secure project margins and timelines.
- Support parallel testing phases (dual-system runs) and the transition to go-live.
- Consolidate recurring requirements from multiple clients and feed them back to the Product team.
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Act as a key technical and business communication point between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Communicate complex architecture and system designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively in both Thai and English, delivering professional presentations to executive-level management and public sector/government agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Pre-sales Consultant, Technical Project Manager, or Senior System Analyst in System Integrator (SI) or Enterprise Software businesses.
- Direct experience in system integration design between enterprise systems, including effort estimation and technical proposal preparation.
- Experience with systems related to workforce management or operational control (e.g., shift scheduling, workforce administration, time attendance, payroll integration, or command centers).
- Strong technical understanding of API Design, Message Queues, Databases (both SQL and NoSQL), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and Containerization at a design and decision-making level.
- Excellent Thai and English communication and presentation skills, with strong technical writing capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industries characterized by complex shifts and field operations (e.g., Aviation/Airports, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, Utilities, or Manufacturing).
- Understanding of real-time system architectures and continuous operations in control centers.
- Experience implementing collaboration tools (e.g., Lark, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365) to transform organizational workflows (experience with Lark is highly preferred).
- Experience with government bidding processes (e-Bidding) and responding to TORs or RFPs.
- Industry certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or knowledge of ISO 27001 and PDPA.
