Solutions Architect

Job Scope

• Act as a subject matter expert across core domains, including Payments, Business Systems, Open Infrastructure, and AI/ML.
• Lead software innovation and rapid prototyping by leveraging emerging technologies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Provide architectural guidance on solution design, change management, and industry best practices.
• Design, review, and continuously improve software architecture and development processes.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies into standardized, scalable, and operable solutions.
• Drive enterprise architecture standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, system design, or related fields such as senior software engineering.
• Proven, hands-on experience in solution architecture design and/or large-scale software development.
• Strong practical experience in at least one advanced technology domain, such as blockchain, data analytics, AI/ML, or cloud platforms.
• Solid understanding of payment platforms and financial systems is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated critical thinking with the ability to analyze complex problems and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to architectural quality, reliability, and best practices.
