About the role
Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales are expected to have meticulous attention to detail, outstanding problem-solving skills, work comfortably under pressure, and deliver on tight deadlines. To ensure success, a Solutions Consultant, Post-Sales must display an excellent understanding of technology infrastructures using Firewalls, VPN, Data Loss Prevention, IDS/IPS, Web-Proxy, and Security Audits.
This role will report to Technical Manager / Technical Director
As The Solutions Consultant - Post Sales, You Will
- Focus on networks, endpoint, cloud, security, and application technologies.
- Implement and installation by product and solution.
- Provide support and troubleshooting by product and solution
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you
The Ideal Solutions Consultant - Post Sales
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
- Knowledge on Security Solution such as Firewall, EDR, Antivirus.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory.
- Knowledge on Cloud Solution is a plus.
- Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.
- Good English Communication would be an advantage.
- Service minded with excellent communication and coordination skills, positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.
- Able to work off-shift for Case Support/Troubleshooting.
