Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a highly-skilled Solutions Delivery Architect (SDA) to join our Professional Services (PS) team. In this pivotal role, you will be the design authority for customer solutions, focusing on utilising and standardising designs based on Iron Mountain's internal platforms and established solution patterns. This is an extensively customer-facing position, where you will serve as the trusted technical partner, translating customer requirements into comprehensive, compliant, and deliverable solutions. You will provide technical leadership and ensure the integrity of the solution from requirements validation through final acceptance.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Design and Author Solutions Using Standardised Patterns: Serve as the design authority, leveraging a catalog of standardised solutions built upon Iron Mountain's digitisation, records management, information governance, and content management platforms. You will develop low-level technical designs based on these established standards, ensuring the principle of design once, apply many is followed.
  • Act as the Trusted Customer Design Partner: Engage extensively with customers as the primary solution design partner. You will communicate our platform features and design capabilities with strong influence , lead the post-sale design journey, and ensure the solution covers all functional, non-functional, security, integration, and performance requirements.
  • Provide Technical Leadership and Governance: Provide technical leadership to the regional Professional Services team, focusing on data discovery, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML)-powered automation, and custom integration. You will assess and authorise any design changes to maintain solution integrity and partner with the Global Enterprise Architecture team to manage non-standard requirements.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven track record of successfully applying, configuring, and deploying standardised digital solutions across multiple client engagements, ensuring adherence to established reference architectures.
  • Specialist-level knowledge and technical competency in Content/Information Management technologies, including Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Workflow Orchestration, and Business Process Modeling (BPM). This expertise must span application and infrastructure domains.
  • Strong customer engagement skills to confidentially establish technical credentials and trust, coupled with the ability to influence senior technical communities within a complex, global matrixed organisation.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS)/Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, OR equivalent experience. Architecture or Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Cloud Architect, The Open Group Architecture Framework - TOGAF) are strongly desired.
