Your impact:

  • As a Solutions Engineer, you are a high-impact player responsible for the technical success of our customers and the exponential growth of our revenue. You serve as the Technical Shield, ensuring that while we aggressively close global enterprise deals and drive them to successful integration, we do so with a System-Based approach that protects our core engineering velocity. You are the bridge between complex business requirements and world-class technical execution.

Your team:

  • The Solutions Engineering team is the Global Trust & Velocity Bridge. We eliminate the geographical gap between our customers and our engineering powerhouse. By being on the ground in the US, you ensure that developers in New York, San Francisco, etc. experience social.plus as a local partner. You work autonomously to solve complex problems during the US business hours, ensuring only high-fidelity, clean escalations are ready for the Bangkok team when they begin their day.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

Pre-Sales: Winning the US Market

  • Lead Technical Consultant: Act as the technical closer for US-based enterprise, retail, and services accounts, partnering with Sales to secure our ARR goal.
  • Architecture & Proposals: Design high-fidelity technical proposals, RFPs, and infrastructure diagrams tailored to US enterprise standards and compliance requirements.

Post-Sales: US Integration & Success

  • Local Implementation Lead: Own the Integration Phase for US clients, guiding them through SDK/UIKit implementation and API orchestration during their local business hours.
  • Technical Relationship Management: Conduct regular health checks and architectural reviews to ensure US implementations stay optimized and successful.
  • Success Bridge: Work with the Customer Success team to ensure US-based kick-offs are seamless and that the transition from sale to live is frictionless.

The Technical Shield

  • Timezone Mastery: Provide real-time investigation and support for US-based Severity 1&2 issues, resolving cases locally to eliminate overnight delays for the client.
  • Clean Escalation: Perform deep-dive debugging and log analysis. When an issue requires core engineering, you provide a Clean Escalation package so the Bangkok team can start work immediately without further clarification.

Your ideal profile:

  • Background in software sales/pre-sales engineering role experience
  • Sales or pre-sales experience in enterprise, retail or financial services verticals
  • At least 1-3 years of programming experience on at least one of the following stacks: Mobile skills such as Swift, Kotlin, React-native, Flutter a plus
  • Experience, utilizing, understanding and implementation of RESTful, SOAP and SDK API (AI and etc.)
  • Experience using database (eg. ElasticSearch, MongoDB, etc.)
  • Understanding of IT networking, infrastructure, cloud platforms (such as AWS, GCP, Firebase,Azure) and security.
  • Ability to explain complex information in simple and clear terms to a non technical person
  • Flexible, self-learning, self-motivated, team-player, willing to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to work independently in the US timezone while maintaining tight communication loops with a headquarters based in Bangkok.
  • Exceptional English skills, with the soft skills required to manage high-pressure enterprise relationships in the US.
