About the Role

The role involves leading the execution of platform enhancements, feature rollouts, and day-to-day maintenance and solution management across key Unifi ed Social SAAS systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of platform enhancements, feature rollouts, and day-to-day maintenance and solution management across key Unifi ed Social SAAS systems such as Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, Tubular Labs, BLINK.URL, and other internal tools.
  • Manage product backlogs and coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and capability owners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of roadmap items.
  • Drive new feature rollouts, platform enhancements, and break/fix support coordination in collaboration with internal teams and vendor partners.
  • Manage platform operations including user access and permissions.
  • Coordinate technical requirements across integrations, APIs, data flows, taxonomy enablers.
  • Collaborate with global and regional capability product managers to gather enhancement requirements and bring solutions to life.
  • Specific focus on social media risk mitigation, maintaining the TCCC minimum standards for social media execution, social influencer monitoring and risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate platform experiments and pilots, ensuring timely execution and knowledge sharing.
  • Track vendor delivery and ensure alignment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in MarTech, solutions management, or product/platform enablement roles in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Required Skills

  • Deep understanding of platform ecosystems, governance, data flow, and technical solutioning in the marketing domain.
  • Strong communicator, capable of translating between technical teams, vendor partners, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experienced in cross-functional project and change management, with strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate across levels.
  • Confident at facilitating trainings, leading stakeholder routines, and supporting user onboarding with empathy and clarity.
  • Able to rapidly embrace, learn and leverage TCCC's AI & generative AI stack for more efficient operations.

Preferred Skills

  • Ensure governance frameworks, roles, permissions and data standards are followed.
  • Support the execution of end-to-end rollout of new features and system changes.
  • Support product enablement through clear documentation, training and onboarding coordination.
  • Coordinate technical requirements across integrations, APIs, data flows, taxonomy enablers.
  • Track vendor delivery and ensure alignment.
