The Sortation Center Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily sortation center operations to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate processing of parcels within timeline. This role leads frontline teams, manages workflow execution, and drives operational performance in line with service level agreements (SLAs), cost targets, and quality standards.
Job Description
- Working Hour: Afternoon Shift-based work in Samutsakorn ie 15:00 - 23:00 , including some night shifts and peak periods (Campaigns)
- Able to travel to Head Office as required
- Operations Management: Lead end-to-end daily sortation center operations across inbound, sorting, outbound, rework, and returns
- Target Delivery: Ensure productivity, PPH, accuracy, and on-time dispatch targets are consistently achieved
- Manpower Planning: Monitor daily volumes and optimize shifts, staffing, and workflows for BAU and campaign periods
- People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and frontline teams; support hiring, onboarding, and training
- Performance & Improvement: Track KPIs and reporting, identify gaps, and drive process, layout, and SOP improvements
- Safety & Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure safety and compliance, support audits, and coordinate with linehaul, first-mile, engineering, and management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations
- Prior experience in a sortation center or high-volume fulfillment environment is an advantage
- Experience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced operation
