Job Description

Source and quality suppliers for technical components, raw materials, and outsourced services.
Evaluate supplier capabilities based on engineering specifications, quality standards, and production capacity.
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure suppliers can meet technical requirements.
Request and analyze quotations, lead cost analysis, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
Support new product introduction by identifying and developing sources for new parts.
Monitor supplier performance and work with them to improve quality, delivery, and cost.
Maintain approved vendor lists and ensure supplier compliance with company policies and standards.
Participate in supplier audits and assessments.
Coordinate with internal teams on technical change management related to suppliers.
