Position: Sourcing Engineer
Location: Ayutthaya
Position Responsibilities
- Interface for budgetary quote process, RFQ for those localized parts.
- Interface for first article process, from beginning until FA approval.
- Ensure that the specificaitons of required matreial are clearly understood by suppliers.
- Ensure timely delivery and approval of first article samples.
- Determine and negotiate on material/tooling price, term of payment and obtain the quality products
- with appropriate lead time.
- Seek the potential local suppliers for the alternative product proposal for Mechanical parts.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery and reliabilities
- Implement cost saving initiatives and strategies.
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical or related fields.
- At least 3-5 years experience in sourcing for mechanical parts background is preferable
- Good command of Thai and English
- Leadership, Problem-solving, Independent and target-driven.
