About the Role

Responsible for overseeing the sourcing and procurement process and ensuring effective governance throughout, in compliance with Company's Standard and procedures

. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders from end to end
. Build and develop and implement sourcing strategies for cost reduction, supplier consolidation, service delivery improvements and process efficiency
. Establish procurement controls and guidelines
. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to AIA policies
. Discuss problems on delivery and performance with suppliers and third-party providers
. Involve in organisation-wide sourcing and procurement projects
.Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
