Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located at Hansa River House in the Samphanthawong district. The Sous Chef will assist in managing kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, coordinating with other departments, and contributing to the creation of innovative menu items. The candidate will also maintain compliance with food safety regulations and assist the Head Chef in training and mentoring the kitchen team.
