Key Responsibilities:
- Drive strategic partnership and development planning in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
- Lead team building, training, and performance improvement.
- Oversee network layout in key cities to ensure expansion success.
- Manage archive, asset, and operational documentation.
- Conduct market analysis, status planning, and real estate assessment.
- Acquire and apply local market knowledge to support growth.
- Continuously improve business systems and operational processes.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances in prime commercial areas.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in development/expansion roles (restaurant, F&B, retail chain preferred).
- 3+ years in a leadership/GM role.
- Strong background in chain/restaurant brand expansion and management.
- Conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Thailands commercial real estate market is highly valued.
