Key Responsibilities:

✨ Lead and oversee all spa, wellness, salon, and fitness operations

✨ Manage a large luxury spa operation with extensive facilities and diverse teams

✨ Deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards

✨ Drive spa revenue, retail performance, and wellness programming initiatives

✨ Oversee budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and operational cost controls

✨ Develop innovative wellness concepts, guest journeys, and luxury service enhancements

✨ Recruit, mentor, and inspire high-performing spa and wellness professionals

✨ Ensure the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and operational excellence

✨ Collaborate closely with executive leadership to achieve strategic business objectives

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Proven experience as a Director of Spa within an ultra-luxury resort environment

✔ Strong expertise managing large-scale luxury spa and wellness operations

✔ Background with internationally recognized luxury hospitality brands is essential

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

✔ Strong financial acumen and commercial understanding

✔ Passion for wellness, luxury guest engagement, and team development

✔ Previous island resort or remote destination experience is highly advantageous
