Position: Spa Manager (Massage & Wellness)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations to ensure the highest standards of spa excellence, manage booking systems, staff schedules, and inventory levels to ensure all equipment is sufficient and ready for use while maintaining a pristine, hygienic environment
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and control expenses to meet targets, analyze sales reports and P&L statements, and prepare monthly performance reports for executive review to drive overall profitability
- Marketing Management: Develop and implement innovative promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones, coordinate social media and PR efforts to build brand awareness, and analyze competitors and wellness trends to stay ahead in the market
- Customer Service Management: Maintain premium service standards, handle client feedback and complaints with professionalism, and manage CRM initiatives to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat visit
- Human Resources Management: Lead the recruitment, training, and skill development of therapists and receptionists, manage work rosters, oversee staff welfare and motivation, and conduct performance evaluations based on established KPI
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Spa Manager or Assistant Spa Manager
- A deep understanding of the Massage & Wellness industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in a third language is a plus
- Proficient in basic computer software and Spa POS system
