Spa Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g. hospitality, business, spa management)
Significant experience (3+ years) in a senior spa or wellness management role, preferably within a luxury or high-end setting
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a talented team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
In depth knowledge of spa therapy
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and lead a team of spa therapists, receptionists and other support staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive revenue growth, optimise efficiency and maintain service excellence
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages staff development and continuous improvement
Ensure all spa equipment is maintained and in good working order at all times.
Able to handle any guest complaints or special requirements.
Recruit and train Spa employees in accordance with Spa SOP and guidelines.
Monitor and review Spa employee's performance regularly and provide required guidance.
Hold regular staff meetings to keep staff up to date on all aspects of the Spa's operation.
