Qualifications
- Warm, friendly, and professional personality with a neat appearance
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking & writing)
- Native-level proficiency in Thai language
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience in reception, customer service, or spa/wellness industry strongly preferred
- Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LINE etc.) is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with a warm and professional manner
- Handle phone calls, emails, and appointment bookings
- Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly
- Promote and sell spa retail products and memberships
- Coordinate staff schedules and assist with daily reports
- Work in shifts: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm or 12:00 pm – 10:00 pm, including weekends
- 6 days off per month
