Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

  • Design and conduct training programs for all spa therapists, including treatment techniques, service rituals, and product knowledge.
  • Ensure all therapists are certified and competent in delivering spa treatments to brand standards.
  • Conduct regular skill assessments, refresher training, and performance evaluations.
  • Train new hires during onboarding and ensure smooth integration into the team.
  • Keep updated with global wellness trends and introduce new techniques and treatments.

Operational Supervision

  • Supervise daily spa operations and ensure smooth service flow.
  • Monitor therapist performance, grooming, and professional conduct.
  • Support scheduling, therapist allocation, and treatment room readiness.
  • Ensure all treatment protocols are followed consistently.

Guest Experience

  • Ensure personalized guest consultations and treatment recommendations.
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and take corrective actions when necessary.
  • Maintain high service standards that reflect luxury wellness experiences.
  • Engage with VIP guests and support special wellness programs or packages.

Quality & Hygiene Standards

  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in all spa areas.
  • Monitor cleanliness of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities.
  • Ensure proper use, storage, and handling of spa products and tools.

Product & Retail Support

  • Train therapists on spa retail products and upselling techniques.
  • Support retail sales initiatives and monitor performance.
  • Ensure proper inventory handling and product knowledge across the team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Wellness, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or training role
  • Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and wellness practices
  • Experience in luxury hotel or resort spa preferred
  • Good command of English (Thai required)
