Job Description:
- Coordinate with customer (Honda Group & Distributor) and internal for smooth parts supply.
- Cooperate with logistics team for arranging shipment and make shipment booking with shipping forwarder.
- Make sales and profit budgeting including gap analysis monthly and quarterly basis.
- Monitoring report for own account and overall export KPI.
- Follow up payment with customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English or any related fields.
- At least 1-5 years in Export functions or relate fields
- Good command in English both speaking and writing (TOEIC score at least 650)
- Have vehicle technical knowledge is preferable
- Have Export regulation knowledge is preferable
- Good command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint program.
