Job Scope
- Plan the incentive program/recognition, events to motivate market and increase sales
- Create, implement, and promote attractive events to motivate Amway Business Owners to increase sales volume
- Negotiate agreements with vendors and contractors to ensure lower cost and highest quality of service
- Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective event management for Amways meetings, conferences, and events
- Establish staff schedules and task assignments to ensure conformance to department/division&aposs objectives and goals
- Represent and deliver service excellence in keeping with Amways brand
