Identify new business opportunities to support SPX's long-term growth.
Plan, analyze data, coordinate cross-functional teams (Ops, Fleet, Tech, Finance) and ensure on-time delivery of key projects.
Conduct market benchmarking, cost-benefit analysis, and define KPIs for project success.
Track results, identify bottlenecks, and continuously refine operations to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and profitability
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Operations Management, or a related field
3–5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, project management, consulting, or data-driven roles (experience in logistics, e-commerce, or tech-enabled businesses is a plus)
Proven experience in identifying new business opportunities, process improvement, or growth initiatives
Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, market benchmarking, and cost–benefit analysis
Ability to define KPIs, track performance, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations
Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders (Operations, Fleet, Technology, Finance, etc.)
Solid project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope
Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and align teams across functions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple priorities
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus
