Owner to develop and improve Sales & Services digital transformation activities / End to end AL Loan Origination and Credit Assessment System with other workstreams and value chains in assuring they adhere to the business requirement, timeframe, major milestones.
Support the Imposes of end-to-end system capabilities streamlining with standard process relevant parties, i.e. product, sales, value chains.
Actively support system enhancements and implementation roadmap, controlling of the end-to-end implementation, collect issues and provide solution of applicable.
Collaborate the group in charge of collecting business requirement, developing process including technical implementations, digitization and emerging technologies to lift up sales and service digital platform.
Establish and maintain breakthrough communications with all stakeholders
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
Proven track of record of process reengineering with in-depth Auto business and relevant ones.
Strong strategic thinking skills to work on performance improvements and initiatives implementation.
Result-oriented and team leader mindset in achieving goals with team players.
At least 3 years of relevant Product Owner or Business Analysis experience.
Candidates with a background in automotive lending or retail banking are highly preferred.
Experience with tools JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or Miro etc.
