Job Summary:
Execute daily operations, contribute to improvement initiatives, and ensure data quality. Responsible for executing daily lead generation activities using CMA tools and marketing data, maintaining accurate campaign records, and supporting analysis for performance improvement. Monitors automated lead processes to ensure timely delivery and communicates progress or issues to senior staff. Contributes to testing and implementation of new tools and processes to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Job Description:
- Execute day-to-day lead generation tasks using CMA tools and marketing data.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality campaign data for accurate targeting and reporting.
- Support pre/post campaign analysis and provide suggestions for enhancement.
- Monitor automated lead processes and ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate campaign progress or issues to Senior Specialist or Manager.
- Participate in testing and implementation of new tools or processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales Management, CRM, or related analytical roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of sales funnels, productivity forecasting, and channel performance.
- Good communication skills, able to collaborate across business and IT teams.
- Good ability in strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
