Job description
- Develop strategic plan for Industry Focus with Segment Management Head.
- Based on the focused industry, develop Product Management, Process Mgt. and Sale Mgt. to support business achievement of the Wholesale Banking.
- Communicate direction and business strategy to the under supervised for their detailed plans.
- Set up estimated budgets according to the operations plan in order to adequately support the functional operations.
- Give advice and support the team to understand the bank related risk model (EL/CL, PD, EAD, and LGD), coordinate with BU's real user and make recommendation to risk as BU's model user group.
- Give advice and support the team to review, measure and monitor the result of loan growth, DPD, NPL vs. target industry and recommend action to achieve the target / minimize loss.
- Give advice and support the team on credit portfolio performance report i.e. POMOCO, asset quality, etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, MBA, Finance, Account, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 4 years in Corporate Relationship Manger, Product Owner, Product development, Credit Function / Corporate Lending / Corporate Financing.
- Proactive Problem Solving and Decision Making.
- Fluent English and Good interpersonal skill
