Job Summary :
Lead and manage the commercial portfolio to drive optimal risk-adjusted returns and profitability, while setting portfolio strategy, enhancing performance management, and developing effective sales and service models to support sustainable business growth
Job Description:
- Well-manage commercial portfolio for both risk and return to align with business direction and risk appetite with key areas such as portfolio profitability, optimizing risk-adjusted return credit portfolio, and effective credit monitoring framework
- Provide portfolio direction and strategy, such as industry portfolio, risk-adjusted return, optimized profitability, provisioning and risk cost, and co-develop 5-year plan with other functions to achieve business target with portfolio optimization, and initiatives to achieve profitability target
- Conduct portfolio analysis on risk-adjusted return to improve overall portfolio RAROC and profitability with specific recommendations for each segment
- Collaborate with Sale Heads to provide end-to-end performance management, from business plan, key initiatives, performance report & tracking, to drive business performance and improve sale productivity and effectiveness
- Develop sales & service model, and design KPI, incentive schemes, sale structure to enhance sale performance and efficiency in customer management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- MBA or professional certifications in Finance/Analytics are a plus
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Sales Management, Portfolio Management, or related areas
- Proven experience in: Portfolio analysis (loans, revenue, customer segments), Sales performance tracking (Target vs. Actual), Working with Sales teams, Relationship Managers (RMs), and Product teams
- Strong data analytics capability, including: Portfolio performance analysis, Revenue, yield, and growth analysis
- Solid understanding of Commercial banking products, Sales funnel and pipeline management
- Ability to develop Dashboards, performance reports, and executive summaries
- Business insights and actionable recommendations
