About the role

Specialist I - Continuous Improvement is responsible for supporting and coordinating with stakeholders to identify and enhance manufacturing and operational processes. The goal is to improve efficiency, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with MBU culture.

Your responsibilities

• Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze current processes to find areas for improvement in production, quality, and efficiency.

• Lead / Support Projects: Manage and lead improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time. Support the team with data collection, analysis, and root cause analysis to ensure effective actions for all projects.

• Facilitate Workshops: Conduct training sessions and workshops on continuous improvement methods like TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, RCA, and 5S, following MBU culture.

• Collaborate: Work closely with other departments, such as production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to support improvement initiatives.

• Promote Culture: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and efficiency. Build engagement and leadership at all levels under MBU culture and utilize resources effectively for THSC performance. Maintain a continuous improvement network across the Asia Pacific region.

The experience we're looking for

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related fields.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in process improvement within the Foods/Dairy distribution industry or related manufacturing.

The skills for success

• Project Management: Proven experience in leading and managing improvement projects.

• Skills: Proficiency in continuous improvement tools and techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge: Understanding of process improvement and change management.
