Control the management of poultry production and analyze data on both efficiency and cost. Plan, monitor, and expand farming areas to meet targets. Control and supervise production policies.
Promote the use of digital tools for data analysis in operations. Develop Thai and Local personnel to enhance their capabilities and develop them into managers.
Report accurately and promptly to superiors, along with systematically finding solutions to various problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage livestock (poultry) production to achieve good efficiency and production costs according to targets.
Review price guarantee conditions to be consistent and appropriate for the IB business.
Control and supervise poultry production policies within IB, such as PS Broiler Farm, Hatchery, Layer Farm, Egg Grading, BQM system, implementation of Evap systems in contract broiler farms and pullet farms, and disinfectant spray points.
Monitor and support the use of digital tools for data analysis in operations, such as IBIS, SAP, BLMS, Dashboard, Power BI.
Monitor the production cycle to ensure sufficiency and quality farmers.
Plan human resource management for both Thai staff and Local staff to enhance their capabilities and develop them into managers.
