Job description
- Analyze internal portfolio and market data to deliver key insights on profiles and market opportunities.
- Develop strategic direction and business plan for Corporate Banking & SME Banking segment and ensure alignment with bankwide strategic plan.
- Analyze and benchmark ttb value proposition in Corporate Banking & SME Banking segment to identify area for improvement/ leverage or new opportunities in market.
- Study, analyze and propose an improved operating model or key strategic initiatives for transformation to strengthen sustainable growth of business unit.
- Lead and drive cross-functional collaboration to facilitate project progress and ensure the smooth transformation process.
- Oversee and continuously report the key performance indicators of assigned portfolio to ensure the growth and development of business unit.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, good English communication (both verbal & written).
- At least 4-5 years of experience in Finance/Banking, Strategic Planning, Product Planning, Business Consultant, or related roles.
- Possess analytical and strategic thinking, with effective communication, project & stakeholder management skills.
- Have good data analysis and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
- A good team player, self-driven, enjoy working in dynamic environment and challenge status-quo mindset.
