Specialist - Overseas Product Management(Inter)

Lead product development task as the master gateway, on top of all product portfolio management & profit outlook

Job Details:

1. Gateway to Product Development

- Product and Trend setters for all teams. Suggested product trends and interest category to team

2. Co-Lead Product Management & Development

- Work hand in hand with Factory PD and RD in product development process.

3. Product Quality Management & Monitoring

- assure that the product launched meet Betagro quality and standard. Including setteing product standard and specs

4. Co-Develop NPD with Trade Marketing, Sales & Customers

- Work with all related parties across BU in product development process. Ensure costing and specs align with overall product portfolio

Job Specifications:

• Bachelor degree in Marketing or Food Science, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years in Product and Development in Food Business
• Deep understand in Production Line
• Deep understand in Product Cost Calculation
